The co-chairs and committee of Aetherica have made the difficult and regrettable decision to cancel the planned convention in June 2009.
Given the current economic climate and recent, unexpected issues with the venue in Chester, we have decided that cancellation at this stage is the best option and full refunds will be in place shortly.
Thank you to everyone who has joined for your interest and support for Aetherica. We would still love there to be a fantasy convention in the UK, so perhaps when the economy's looking a little better and if we can find a more cooperative venue then we can make this a reality.
